Young Mayor 2016

Prendergast Ladywell School has three Year 11 Students standing for the post of young mayor of Lewisham:

• Elle-May Murphy
• Mariama Mane
• Anesha Chisolm

All 3 young women  have been mightily impressive in the way in which they have run their campaigns and comported themselves, and are a credit to PLS. Most of their campaigning has been at other schools, but this coming week, they are coming home. The girls will be speaking in each of the Assemblies next week, but I would appreciate it if you could talk to your forms/classes about this - lets get a bit of buzz going around it!

Regardless of the result, these girls deserve our support for being such excellent role models for the younger students, and great ambassadors for the schools in the community.
