Tolu Ladejobi
Assistant Headteacher: Access & Inclusion/Designated Safeguarding Lead
Tolu is Assistant Headteacher of Prendergast Ladywell School and has been at Prendergast Ladywell since September 2007. Since joining the school as Teacher of Science, he has performed in many roles being promoted to 2iC and Head of Faculty.
He was born in Lambeth, attended school in Wandsworth and is a proud South London resident.
Tolu has completed a Master’s in Mechanical Engineering (MEng with Honours), PGCE in Science / Physics education and NPQH. He is also level 3 Safeguarding trained and has completed the level 3 Widening Leadership qualification at the IoE.
Currently leading the anti-racism agenda in school, Tolu has plenty of knowledge and understanding in this area. He is restorative approaches trained; restraint and positive handling trained and has plenty of experience working with external services and the Greenwich Restorative approaches team to affect positive outcomes for vulnerable young people.
Tolu’s personal interests: Currently learning to speak Spanish; Psychology; Science; Gaming if time permits.
